Delivery
Orders received by 11 a.m. are shipped the same day , and those received after 11 a.m. are sent the next business day.
BOX NOW delivers packages within 48 hours (on business days) from the moment we hand the package to the courier. You can pick up your shipment within 96 hours after delivery, and if you don’t collect it in time, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
GLS Parcel Delivery usually arrives within 2–3 business days in Croatia. For islands without regular transport connections, the delivery time may be extended by an additional 2 business days.
The delivery times do not include:
• the day the order is received,
• delays due to incorrect or incomplete recipient address,
• delays caused by force majeure or traffic disruptions,
• Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and public holidays.
Product Return Process
Your satisfaction is our top priority!
If for any reason you wish to return an item, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (from the delivery date according to the shipment tracking information) and we will provide you with all the necessary instructions!
Unfortunately, returns without prior communication with us are not possible.
When you return the product, we will refund the amount to your transaction account.
After inspection, if it is determined that the returned item has been worn or damaged due to testing, we will provide you with an estimate of the depreciation amount of the returned product.
Therefore, please try the product carefully so that it remains in its original condition in case of a return.

Send us an email
Contact us at podrska@mobia.hr with your order number, personal details, completed form, and expressed request for return.
Don't forget – a return without a previously sent email will unfortunately not be accepted.

Pack the goods
Pack the product and packaging, and send it back to us with the completed form ( DOWNLOAD → FORM )
Just don’t forget – returns without a prior email are not possible!

Send via courier service
Send the goods with the form via courier service and we will refund your money after inspecting the goods if the return is approved, or we will provide you with an estimate of the depreciation amount if the returned product is damaged!

It is important that you follow all the steps to ensure the return process goes smoothly and quickly.

Note:
• The return of goods must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods, and you must inform us about it.
• The return must be sent to the return address.
• We issue a refund only once the product arrives at our address.
Upon receiving the product, we will inform you about the refund or product replacement.
The refund/replacement will be processed within 2-3 business days, and no later than 15 days.

Return Costs
• The return costs are covered by the customer.
• Cash on delivery is not accepted.
• Delivery to the nearest post office is not considered a return.
Refund of the Paid Amount in Case of Unilateral Contract Termination
Refunds for returned products, including delivery costs, will be made without delay, and no later than 15 days from the day we receive the product and confirm that it is in proper condition.
The refund will be made to the transaction account.
Please note that refunds to a card may take a few days longer before the amount is visible in your account.
