Shipping and order returns are organized quickly and simply so that you can complete your purchase without worry.
After receiving your order, we carefully pack the products and hand them over to the delivery service as soon as possible.
If the product does not meet your expectations, we provide a simple return process with clear instructions and defined deadlines.
Our goal is to ensure reliable delivery, secure shopping, and easy order returns so that you have complete confidence with every purchase in our webshop.
Delivery
Orders received by 11 a.m. are shipped the same day , and those received after 11 a.m. are sent the next business day.
BOX NOW delivers packages within 48 hours (on business days) from the moment we hand the package to the courier. You can pick up your shipment within 96 hours after delivery, and if you don’t collect it in time, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
GLS Parcel Delivery usually arrives within 2–3 business days in Croatia. For islands without regular transport connections, the delivery time may be extended by an additional 2 business days.
The delivery times do not include:
• the day the order is received,
• delays due to incorrect or incomplete recipient address,
• delays caused by force majeure or traffic disruptions,
• Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and public holidays.

Ako iz bilo kojeg razloga želiš vratiti artikl, jednostavno ispuni online obrazac za jednostrani raskid ugovora u roku od 14 dana od primitka narudžbe (od datuma dostave prema informacijama za praćenje pošiljke).
Nakon što vratiš proizvod, prema tvom odabiru izvršit ćemo povrat uplaćenog iznosa na tvoj transakcijski račun ili ti poslati zamjenski proizvod.
After inspection, if it is determined that the returned item has been worn or damaged due to testing, we will provide you with an estimate of the depreciation amount of the returned product.
Therefore, please try the product carefully so that it remains in its original condition in case of a return.

It is important that you follow all the steps to ensure the return process goes smoothly and quickly.

Napomena:
• The return of goods must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods, and you must inform us about it.
• The return must be sent to the return address.
• We issue a refund only once the product arrives at our address.
Upon receiving the product, we will notify you about the refund or product replacement.
Refund/replacement will be processed within 2-3 business days, and no later than within 15 days.

Troškovi povrata robe
• The return costs are covered by the customer.
• Cash on delivery is not accepted.
• Delivery to the nearest post office is not considered a return.
Refund of the Paid Amount in Case of Unilateral Contract Termination
Refunds for returned products, including delivery costs, will be made without delay, and no later than 15 days from the day we receive the product and confirm that it is in proper condition.
The refund will be made to the transaction account.
Please note that refunds to a card may take a few days longer before the amount is visible in your account.
